- Upcycled Clothing: If returned due to quality issues, you will receive a full refund (including taxes) or a partial refund.

- Custom Apparel: A 100% refund will be issued for quality issues. However, if the return is due to incorrect information provided by the customer (such as size or design files), we cannot offer a refund.

What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?

We will prioritize sending a replacement for free, issuing a full refund, or providing a discount for your next purchase.
